Sentencing others for their wrong doings have always come easy to Judge Ann Green until she is forced to expose a crime of her own after a deadly car accident.
Judge Ann Green goes day-by-day sentencing people to jail with no remorse. On this particular day Lance McCarthy awaits his sentencing while he pleads with her for his freedom for leaving the scene of an accident. Judge Green has no remorse and believes in no second chances. She orders Lance to serve the most severe punishment of 25 to life. On the way home Judge Ann is texting while driving and crashes into an oncoming car. Judge Ann survives the crash, but the other victim in the other car isn’t so lucky.
Things go from bad to worse for Judge Ann when she decides to cover up the accident by arranging to get rid of all the evidence linked to accident. Upon her release from the hospital Judge Ann Green starts to experience strange things inside her home and discovers in some odd way the truth always finds its way from under the rug.
